Leandro Damiao claims that Tottenham Hotspur Football Club have made a bid for him.
The 22-year-old is rated as one of the best talents to have emerged from Brazil in recent years, and he has been heavily linked with a move to Europe in recent months.
Whilst denying any knowledge of interest from Paris St Germain, Damiao has now claimed that Tottenham have made a bid to take him to White Hart Lane.
“I am not aware of anything for an offer from Paris SG. I have had no contact with PSG or Leonardo [sporting director],” the Internacional striker told Telefoot.
“For now, I think about my club and the Copa Libertadores. In July, if a proposal comes, it will be discussed. All that I know is that Tottenham have made an offer.”
